Shipping- Our goal is to fulfill your order as soon as reasonably possible. In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order. However, please understand that all custom orders will take some time to produce. If you have an urgent need for your order, it is always advisable you contact us at Kendra@StitchWeavers.com to discuss options. Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible.
Currently, we are only shipping within the contiguous US.
Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are dissatisfied with the product supplied, please contact us to discuss your options. If a replacement is not acceptable, the goods need to be returned in unused condition, at your expense, and a full refund will be sent for the purchase price of the item. Refunds will be sent by PayPal or other acceptable method once the item is returned and verified.
